e& Launches 2025 AI Graduate Programme in UAE, Opening 100 Roles for Emirati Talent
Global technology group e& has officially opened applications for its highly anticipated 2025 cycle of the AI Graduate Programme, unveiling 100 new roles dedicated to Emirati university graduates. This 12-month initiative, now entering its fourth year, is specifically designed to equip young UAE nationals with cutting-edge digital, technical and leadership skills—positioning them to play a central role in building the nation’s future economy.
Since its launch in 2021, the programme has trained over 284 graduates and recently celebrated the graduation of 25 new alumni. The initiative underscores e&’s ongoing commitment to national talent development, diversity, and future-readiness, aligning firmly with the UAE’s strategic vision of fostering a knowledge-based, innovation-driven economy.
Covering a broad range of high-impact areas, the AI Graduate Programme offers hands-on exposure to real-world projects in fields such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, product development, human resources, and business strategy. The immersive experience is enhanced by mentoring, personalised development plans, and training modules focused on leadership and emotional intelligence.
Many past graduates have transitioned into influential full-time positions within e&, contributing to fields including sustainability, finance, sales, consumer services, and telecom engineering.
According to Ali Al Mansoori, Group Chief People Officer, e&:
“Our AI Graduate Programme reflects our long-term commitment to developing future Emirati leaders in technology and innovation. We’re not only creating jobs – we’re building careers that align with the country’s digital transformation goals. The strong female participation rate, at over 60 per cent in the last cohort, also demonstrates our commitment to inclusion and diversity. We encourage passionate graduates from all disciplines to apply and grow with us. Through mentorship, personalised development plans and exposure to cutting-edge projects, this fun and engaging programme creates a new generation of Emirati tech and business leaders, critical for the country’s ongoing transformation.”
The programme plays a central role in e&’s Emiratisation strategy, which supports the national goal of achieving 60% Emirati representation by 2030. During the 2024 intake, women made up 62% of new hires, reflecting an overall 81% female participation since the programme’s inception—a significant stride toward gender inclusion in the tech sector.
Applications for the 2025 intake—starting in September 2025—are now open. Emirati graduates are encouraged to apply via the official portal here.
Aligned with the UAE government’s strategy to shift away from oil dependence and foster a knowledge-intensive economy, the AI Graduate Programme directly invests in creating a highly skilled Emirati workforce capable of contributing to and leading the digital transformation.
The programme is developed in collaboration with notable global powerhouses, including LinkedIn, Harvard Business Review, Microsoft, and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), ensuring that participants are exposed to international best practices and are globally competitive.
Alongside the AI Graduate Programme, e& continues to support the national vision through complementary initiatives such as Bidayati—which focuses on leadership training and AI project experience—and Excelerate&, developed in partnership with Ericsson to cultivate expertise in 5G technology and data science. These programmes collectively reinforce e&’s commitment to creating a diversified and future-ready local talent base.
